hsa commercial real estate to develop two industrial facilities at bilter and church roads in aurora

(Chicago – October 28, 2005) Jack Shaffer, chairman, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm is developing two new speculative industrial warehouse/distribution facilities at the southwest corner of Bilter & Church Roads in Aurora, Ill., to be called the Aurora Distribution Center - Phase II.
The two buildings will be constructed on 26 acres of land the firm acquired in early 2005 and is next door to the 382,430-square foot Aurora Distribution Center developed by HSA in 2001. The intersection of Bilter and Church Roads is approximately 2 blocks north of the Farnsworth Road/I-88 interchange.
Both buildings will feature architecturally designed insulated precast concrete wall panels and glass curtain-wall entrances. Premier Design + Building Group is the general contractor, Dobrin + Associates Ltd. is the architect and Jacob Hefner Associates P.C. is the Civil Engineer.
HSA has retained Keith Stauber, SIOR, Charles Canale and Carter Andrus of Colliers Bennett Kahnweiler to market the buildings for lease.
