chuck logan of hsa's corporate real estate services division completes 3 lease transactions

(Chicago – October 26, 2005) Chuck Logan, vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, recently completed 3 lease transactions in the Chicago suburbs. Two of the transactions involved Logan representing medical related tenants who are expanding and the third transaction involved a lease renewal at the tenant's corporate headquarters.

  • Global Imaging Services of America leased 2,113-square feet of space for a new MRI imaging center at 12392-12396 Princeton Drive , Huntley, Illinois, which will be the company's second Chicago location. Thomas Conrardy of Prudential Realty represented the building's ownership.
  • Advantage Diagnostic Imaging Group, LLC, another MRI imaging center, leased 1,926-square feet of space for a new location at 6525 W. North Avenue, Oak Park . Building ownership was represented by Anthony Gamez of David King & Associates.
  • Lisle Technology Partners renewed their 7,758-square foot lease at the Corporetum, 650 W. Warrenville, Lisle, Illinois. Lisle Technology Partners provides business solutions to enhance, evolve and develop technology into productivity-enhancing marketing products. Logan has worked with this tenant for over 10 years. Tom Maschmeier of Prentiss Properties Trust, the owner of the Corporetum, worked with Logan in crafting the lease renewal.
