(Chicago – October 17, 2005) Robert Titzer, executive vice president, and Brad Black, assistant vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, recently represented ownership of 105 S. York Street in downtown Elmhurst in leasing 4,500-square feet of office space to Delta Controls Chicago, Inc. Delta Controls chose the York Street location because it is across the street from the Elmhurst Metra station, which gives them easy access to clients located in downtown Chicago .
105 S. York Street, commonly known as the Fifth Third Bank Building, is part of a mixed use development in downtown Elmhurst that offers office and retail space, as well as new residential condominiums, and is owned by Block 300 Partners LLC. Titzer and Black are the exclusive leasing agents for the office portion of the development.
