(Chicago – October 13, 2005) Robert Titzer, executive vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's Corporate Real Estate Services division, represented Jensen & Halstead in a renewal and expansion of their lease at 358 W. Ontario Street, Chicago, Illinois. Titzer negotiated the lease directly with building ownership, Winston Management.

Principals of the firm have worked directly with HSA's health care real estate advisory group in designing several medical office buildings developed by HSA|PrimeCare in the Chicago metropolitan area.
