hsa commercial real estate's industrial brokerage division finds tenant for centerpont properties warehouse

(Chicago – October 11, 2005) Doug Reed, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented Advanced Packaging & Fulfillment in signing a lease for 44,122-square feet of warehouse space at 5750 CenterPoint Court, Gurnee, Illinois. Advanced Packaging provides packaging products, shipping services and fulfillment services to area businesses.
Owned by CenterPoint Properties, 5750 CenterPoint Court is a newly constructed facility in CenterPoint Gurnee Business Center, which is just off of I-94 north of Washington Street in Gurnee, Illinois. The building is 133,258-square feet and Advanced Packaging will occupy nearly 35% of the property. The exclusive leasing agents for the property are Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of CB Richard Ellis, who were assisted by Michael Murphy with CenterPoint Properties.
