hsa commercial real estate attracts new tenants to its medical office building portfolio

(Chicago – October 7, 2005) David Wilson, executive vice president, and Tim Stanton, executive vice president, both in the HSA Corporate Real Estate Services division, recently represented both ownership and the prospective tenants in medical office space leases in two of HSA Commercial Real Estate's medical office buildings.

  • In the first lease, Wilson worked with Midwest Digestive Disease Specialists in leasing 3,704-square feet at HSA's Naperville Professional Centre, a 36,000-square foot medical office building located at 1259 Rickert Drive, Naperville, Illinois. Attached to the existing Naperville Surgical Centre, the facility was developed by HSA and completed in November, 2004. HSA's corporate real estate services division is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
  • In the 2nd transaction, Stanton negotiated a 1,800-square foot lease with Midwest Surgical Group at the Advocate Medical Campus – Southwest, a medical office building located at 18210 S. LaGrange Road, Tinley Park, Illinois. This facility was developed by HSA in 2003 and is 52,000-square feet.

HSA plans a 2nd medical office building of 45,000-square feet on this 26 acre master planned medical park in the future. HSA's corporate real estate services division is also the exclusive leasing agent for the entire development.
