hsa commercial real estate represents chicago law firm in downtown office relocation

(Chicago – October 5, 2005) Brad Black, assistant vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, recently represented Howard Pomper & Associates, a Chicago law firm, in negotiating a lease for 5,083-square feet of office space at 111 W. Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois. 111 W. Washington Street is the historic Burnham Center, designed by renowned Chicago architect Daniel Burnham.

Howard Pomper & Associates took advantage of a favorable tenant market in Chicago 's Loop and hired Black to search for suitable space in close proximity to federal, state and local courtrooms. To date this year, HSA brokers have worked with over 8 law firms, negotiating renewals and expansions of existing space or helping the firms move to buildings offering more attractive terms.

The Burnham Center is owned by TIC Properties, LLC, who were represented by Kim Robare of CB Richard Ellis.
