(Chicago – October 3, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate recently completed three lease renewals for two of its tenants located at the Brown Deer Business Park, Brown Deer, Wisconsin. An HSA affiliated partnership purchased the 717,717-square foot 10-building premium quality industrial, office and flex tech business park in May, 2004.

Dion Watton, HSA's General Manager of the business park, negotiated the three lease renewals with:

  • Ace Distribution, the sole distributor of clothing and collectibles for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, renewed its lease for 154,381-square feet at 9053 N. Deerbrook Trail.
  • Ace Distribution also renewed their lease of 31,040-square feet at neighboring 9165 N. Deerbrook Trail, making them HSA's largest tenant at Brown Deer Business Park.
  • Meridian Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Kleen Test Products, renewed its lease at 9009 N. Deerbrook Trail for 33,794-square feet. Kleen Test is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers and packagers of wet wipes, dryer sheets, soft goods, liquids and disposables.

The park just recently won the prestigious “TOBY” award (The Office Building of the Year) from the Wisconsin Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The park previously won in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
