hsa commercial real estate negotiates lease for chicago carpet distributor

(Chicago – September 28, 2005) Wayne Shulman, senior vice president, and Paul Broderick, associate, with HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently negotiated a 23,636-square foot lease for The Carpet Group, a Chicago-based carpet distribution company.
The Carpet Group, headquartered at 2141 W. Fulton Street, needed extra space due to an increase in their business and expanded their operations to a 2nd distribution warehouse at 329 N. Bell, Chicago, Illinois. 329 N. Bell is owned by Greenview Acres, LLC, who was represented by Mitch Adams and Harry Comerford with CB Richard Ellis.
