hsa commercial real estate assists chicago law firm in space expansion

(Chicago – September 12, 2005) David Wilson, executive vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, represented Chuhak & Tecson, a Chicago full-service law firm, in their expansion from 27,203-square feet to 36,010-square feet at 30 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago's west loop.
Chuhak & Tecson, founded in 1987 and one of the 50 largest legal firms in Illinois, added an additional 8,807-square feet space to their office space due to an expansion of the firm. The firm presently employs over 150 partners and professional staff. Wilson originally represented Chuhak & Tecson in 2001 when they moved into 30 S. Wacker.
This year, HSA's corporate real estate services division has helped several downtown Chicago law firms relocate their space or renegotiate their existing space, taking advantage of the favorable tenant market in Chicago's Loop.
30 S. Wacker consists of two 40-story towers of 2 million square feet of office space connected by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. It is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust who was represented by Ellen May with Equity Office.
