hsa commercial real estate represents national firm in downtown chicago office space search

(Chicago – August 17, 2005) Wayne Shulman, senior vice president, and Ryan Foran, tenant representative, in HSA Commercial Real Estate's Corporate Real Estate Services division, recently represented Knowledge Networks, Inc., in locating space in downtown Chicago for their first Illinois office. Knowledge Networks will occupy 3,079-square feet at 230 West Monroe, Chicago, Illinois.
Knowledge Networks, Inc., is a leading consumer insight provider to Fortune 500 clients and operates offices in Ohio, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and California. The firm hired Shulman and Foran to conduct an extensive search of space in the downtown office market.
230 West Monroe is owned by TIAA-CREF. Ownership was represented by Edward McKim and Gary Denenberg of MB Real Estate.
