(Chicago – July 22, 2005) John Maduros, executive vice president and CFO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that due to an expansion of the firm's portfolio in multiple states, HSA has hired Debbie Fox, 38, as assistant controller, and Yvette Jones, 36, as property accountant, both in the accounting division.
w Fox will be responsible for assisting in managing the accounting department as well as responsible for property management accounting of 15 properties. She will also be responsible for construction draws and construction financial reporting for HSA's various development projects.
Fox began her real estate career at the Hawthorne Realty Group in 1989, and most recently served as an accounting manager at Mid-America Asset Management.
w Jones will handle the property accounting for 15 properties in HSA's management portfolio, ranked one of the largest in the Chicago metropolitan area. She will prepare monthly financial statements, assist HSA's property managers with the financial needs of tenants and deal with various property issues.
Jones is a 2000 graduate of Chicago State University and began her accounting career at Accenture. Prior to joining HSA, she gained valuable commercial real estate accounting experience while working for CB Richard Ellis and Prime Group Realty Trust.
