hsa commercial real estate's corporate services division negotiates downtown chicago office lease

(Chicago – July 20, 2005) Tim Stanton, executive vice president, and Ryan Foran, tenant representative, HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, represented James Hardie Building Products in their search for new office space in downtown Chicago . The global firm has leased 5,684-square feet of space at 29 N. Wacker Drive which will be used as a regional sales and marketing office.

James Hardie Building Products is a world leader in fiber cement technology, backerboard and pipe, making it the fastest growing siding manufacturer in North America. They operate global manufacturing plants and sales offices in the United States, Australia, the Phillipines, New Zealand, South America and Europe. HSA's Stanton and Foran were hired to relocate the sales office from the O'Hare suburbs to downtown Chicago.

29 N. Wacker Drive is owned by Intercontinental Stonecreek II which was represented by Ted Prillaman of CB Richard Ellis.
