(Chicago – June 28, 2005) Robert Titzer, executive vice president in the corporate real estate services division of HSA Commercial Real Estate, along with Mary Beth Kohart of Indianapolis-based Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, recently represented ownership in negotiating three leases at a medical office building located at 8330 Naab Road, Indianapolis, Ind.
Indiana Nephrology & Internal Medicine leased 4,501-square feet of space, Dr. Jonathan Fisch leased 1,205-square feet and Dr. Olive Soriero leased 1,099-square feet.
The property is a 50,000-square foot medical office building that was acquired by HSA's PrimeCare division in January, 2005 and is located on the St. Vincent Hospital Campus. HSA|Prime Care's medical facility portfolio includes 7 projects in three states.
