hsa commercial real estate brokers land sale for national city bank in elk grove village
June 2, 2005

(Chicago – June 2, 2005) Michael Havdala, senior vice president, and Shannon Pope, vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's retail brokerage division, represented National City Bank in the purchase of 29,256-square feet of vacant land at the NWC of Meacham and Butterfield in Elk Grove Village, Ill.

National City Bank plans to construct a retail branch banking facility on the property as part of its ongoing expansion in the Chicago market. Havdala and Pope are the bank's exclusive real estate representatives in the Chicago area and have previously negotiated 27 land sales and retail leases. The seller of the property was Bonnie Management of Oak Park, Ill.
