hsa commercial real estate negotiates two lease renewals at 10 n. dearborn in chicago

(Chicago – May 18, 2005) Wayne Shulman, senior vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, recently negotiated two lease renewals for ownership at 10 N. Dearborn Street in downtown Chicago.
w Albert Whitehead, PC, a law firm, renewed its lease of 7,378-square feet. Albert Whitehead has been a tenant in the building since 2000.
w eSpeedient Systems, a developer of secure software solutions for the financial services world, negotiated a direct deal with ownership after having moved into the building 2 years ago under a 5,789-square foot sublease. Dan Arends of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented eSpeedient Systems.
Owned by BGK Equities Inc., 10 N. Dearborn is an 80,228-square foot office building constructed in 1923. Shulman is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is also managed by HSA. With these two renewals, the property is now 100% leased.
