hsa commercial real estate represents ownership in lease renewal at 699 regency drive in glendale heights

(Chicago – April 22, 2005) Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director, HSA Commercial Real Estate's industrial brokerage division, represented ownership in negotiating a 47,350-square foot lease renewal at 699 Regency Drive, Glendale Heights, Ill.
Lennox International Inc. signed a 5-year lease renewal in the 98,540-square foot building which is owned by Eagle Creek Investors LLC. 699 Regency, built in 1987, is located in the High Grove East Campus business park and is sited on 4.9 acres. Thompson is the building's exclusive leasing agent and HSA manages the property as well. Trey Fricke of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Dallas, Texas and Dan Leahy, with NAI Hiffman, represented Lennox .
Both firms involved in this transaction are active members of AIRE, the largest industrial brokerage association in Illinois with more than 450 members, and Thompson is a past president.
