jon boley joins hsa commercial real estate's primecare division

(Chicago – April 4, 2005) John Wilson, president of HSA Commercial Real Estate's PrimeCare division, has announced that Jon E. Boley has joined the group as an assistant vice president for medical facility acquisitions and development. In this capacity, Boley will assist with sourcing, underwriting and closing medical facility developments and acquisitions, as well as providing market analyses, risk analyses, asset evaluations and related economic modeling.
Boley, 34, is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in economics. He holds dual master's degrees from the London School of Economics in London, England, and the Helsinki School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. Prior to joining HSA, Boley was a senior financial analyst at Chicago-based Klaff Realty, L.P.
HSA|PrimeCare was formed in 1996 as a full-service real estate organization focused soley upon acquiring, developing, managing and leasing health care real estate assets. The group has a 10 building medical office portfolio in the Chicago suburbs, Indiana and Ohio , and recently purchased a 50,000-square foot medical office building in Indianapolis on St. Vincent 's Hospital Medical Campus. Boley's hiring is part of an overall expansion strategy by HSA|Prime Care to develop and acquire more medical-related properties.
