HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE represents carlson wagonlit travel in two lease renewals

(Chicago – March 23, 2005) Tim Stanton, executive vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, represented Carlson Wagonlit Travel in two lease renewals in San Antonio and Houston, Texas .

Carlson Wagonlit Travel renewed their 12,000-square foot lease at Willowchase Shopping Center in Houston. Carlson has been a tenant in the property since 1998 and signed a 3 year lease renewal. The property is owned by Perrine Wheeler Real Estate who represented themselves.

Carlson Wagonlit Government Travel division, which handles travel management for the U.S. military, renewed their lease for 18,910-square feet of space at the Tetco Tower, 1777 N.E. Loop 410, in San Antonio. Ownership of the building was represented by Alex Yount of Koontz-McCombs Realty.
