HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE announces asset management division promotions

(Chicago – March 11, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate's Christine Leonard, executive vice president and director of management operations, announced that the firm has Lori Scents and Scott Mosak to the position of senior property manager in the firm's asset management division. Both previously held the position of property manager.
w Lori Scents, 44, is currently responsible for a management portfolio of 15 industrial properties in Chicago, the southwest suburbs, as well as properties in Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee and Missouri. Scents has been active in a variety of community service projects including Jubilate & March of Dimes Auctions, Wish Upon a Star, the United Way , and a board member of The Girl Scouts. She joined HSA in 2003.
w Since joining HSA in 2002, Scott Mosak, 36, has been responsible for the 104,000-square foot Hyde Park Shopping Center in Chicago which is owned by the University of Chicago, as well as four other University-owned properties totaling nearly 400,000-square feet. Mosak is a graduate of Northern Illinois University .
