HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROMOTES TWO IN ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION

(Chicago – February 17, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate's Christine Leonard, executive vice president and director of management operations, announced that the firm has promoted Margaret Gaca and Denise Polak to the position of senior property manager in the firm's asset management division. Both previously held the position of property manager.
w Margaret Gaca, 32, joined HSA in 1999 and is responsible for the management of a variety of office, medical office and industrial buildings located in the metropolitan Chicago area. She also serves as senior property manager in the firm's Prime Care division which focuses on health care real estate services. Gaca previously served as property manager of HSA's Chicago Tribune account and is a graduate of Indiana University .
w Joining HSA in 2001, Denise Polak, 42, manages several retail centers in the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as 3 industrial properties in northern Illinois. A DePaul University graduate, Polak holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute.
