HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPLETES THREE OFFICE LEASE TRANSACTIONS

(Chicago - February 15, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division has completed three office lease transactions in Chicago and Lemont, Illinois.
- Brad Black, assistant vice president, represented the law firm of Michael Smith & Associates in their move to 39 S. LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago . The property is owned by 29/39 South LaSalle Holdings who was represented by Ken Jensen with Hamilton Partners.
- David Wilson, executive vice president, represented Robert W. Karr & Associates, a personal injury law firm, in their move from 2 N. LaSalle to the landmark Rookery building at 209 S. LaSalle, also in downtown Chicago. Designed by Daniel Burnham and John Root in 1888, the Rookery is owned by The Rookery LLC. ING Clarion's Eric Myers represented building ownership.
- In the third transaction, David Wilson represented ownership in a lease with Advocate Good Samarian Hospital at 15900 W. 127th Street in Lemont, Ill. Developed and owned by HSA, the Lemont Medical Office Building is a 39,000-square foot state-of-the-art medical facility that was constructed in 2002. Advocate will use the space for radiology services.
