HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS GLOBAL FIRM IN EXPANSION

(Chicago – February 9, 2005) David Wilson, executive vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, represented Berkley Specialty Underwriting Managers LLC in four new lease transactions totaling over 18,000-square feet in four states. Berkley Specialty is a subsidiary of the W.R. Berkley Corporation, a global insurance firm headquartered in London. Wilson is the exclusive tenant representative for Berkley Specialty.

  • In Illinois, Wilson represented Berkley Specialty in a lease at 303 West Madison Street in downtown Chicago. The property is owned by SP 303 West Madison LLC who was represented by Kim Robare of CB Richard Ellis.
  • In Irving, Texas, Berkley Specialty leased office space at 122 West Carpenter which is owned by CMD Realty Investment Fund. They were represented by Cousins Properties.
  • Berkley also leased office space at 500 North Broad in Glendale, California. Owned by NBB Associates L.P., they were represented by Dorn-Platz & Company.
  • In Eagan, Minnesota, a Minneapolis suburb, Berkley Specialty opened a new office at 860 Blue Gentian Road. This property is owned by Equity Commercial Services who was represented by United Properties.
