(Chicago – January 25, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate's Michael Havdala, senior vice president in the firm's retail brokerage division, represented The UPS Store in 16 expansion retail leases in 2004. Havdala has been the exclusive tenant representative for The UPS Store in Illinois since 1998.
New stores that opened in 2004 include Chicago , Indian Head Park , Galena , Antioch , Frankfort , Geneva , Yorkville, Joliet , Lisle, Morton Grove, Skokie, Fox River Grove, Warrenville, Woodstock, Peoria and Hillside. The UPS Store is the world's largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal and business service centers with more than 5,000 locations around the world. Plans call for additional expansion throughout the state of Illinois in 2005.
