HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPLETES FOUR CARLSON COMPANIES LEASES IN ILLINOIS, MISSOURI AND VIRGINIA

(Chicago – January 21, 2005) HSA Commercial Real Estate's Tim Stanton, executive vice president, Corporate Real Estate Services division, represented Carlson Companies' Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Carlson Leisure Group in four lease transactions totaling over 93,000-square feet lease in three states. Stanton represented Carlson Wagonlit Travel, one of the world's largest commercial travel management companies, which:

renewed a 35,240-square foot lease at 1430 Branding Lane, Downer's Grove, Illinois . Carlson Wagonlit has been a tenant in this property for 7 years. The 69,000-square foot office building is owned by Stanton Enterprises (no relation to Tim Stanton).

added 2,505-square feet to its 5,841-square feet of space at 635 Slaters Lane , Alexandria , Virginia in an expansion in the historic Old Town district of Alexandria. Donohoe Real Estate, with offices in Washington, D.C. , Virginia and Maryland, is the property's owner.

renewed its lease and expanded into 29,198-square feet at 1862 Lackland Hill Parkway in St. Louis, Missouri. Building ownership was represented by David Kelp with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. HSA was assisted locally by Kevin McLaughlin of Grubb & Ellis/Krombeck Partners.

Stanton also represented Carlson Leisure Group, which manages leisure and franchise travel operations throughout the United States under a variety of diversified companies and brands, in:

a 25,290-square foot office relocation to the Bellerive I Corporate Center at 12755 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri. The property is owned by TA/Western LLC who was represented by Doug Howard of Sansone Group. HSA was also assisted locally by Kevin McLaughlin of Grubb & Ellis/Krombeck Partners.
