MICHAEL HAVDALA PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AT HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

(Chicago – January 19, 2005) Tim Blum, executive vice president and managing director of HSA Commercial Real Estate's retail brokerage division, has announced that Michael Havdala, 33, has been promoted to senior vice president in the division from vice president.
Havdala joined HSA in 2001 and specializes in retail tenant representation, leasing and selling retail properties and assembling land parcels for retail development. He is the exclusive leasing agent for National City Bank, along with HSA's Shannon Pope, and The UPS Store in the Chicago metropolitan area. Havdala has represented many national retail tenants in multiple transactions such as Yum Brands, Albertson's, Public Storage, TGI Friday's, and several private developers.
Prior to joining HSA, Havdala was a managing director at Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage and began his commercial real estate career as a research analyst at Tanguay-Burke-Stratton.
