HSA Commercial Real Estate’s chairman, Jack Shaffer, announced a lease renewal and expansion with Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers for a total of 252,000-square-feet at 510 Hester Drive, White House, Tennessee. Lowe’s has expanded from 143,532-square-feet to occupy the whole building, which the company utilizes as a millwork facility—one of three in the United States.

The building at 510 Hester Drive, which is owned and managed by HSA Commercial Real Estate, has access and visibility from Interstate 65 and is located 20 miles north of Nashville. The expandable facility is situated on a 50 acre site with an additional 46.7 acres of expansion land that could accommodate 700,000-square-feet of industrial development.

“Whenever there is absorption this significant by a strong tenant like Lowe’s, it indicates the type of positive momentum and confidence in the market that should be acknowledged,” said Ken Verne, vice president and asset manager for HSA.

HSA Commercial also recently acquired 2 high-cube industrial buildings totaling 504,000-square-feet near Nashville’s International Airport, bringing HSA’s Nashville portfolio to over 750,000-square-feet.
