In May of 2016 HSA PrimeCare commenced construction on a 92,000-square-foot health center in Oak Creek’s mixed use development, Drexel Town Square, to be occupied by Froedtert Health/Medical College of Wisconsin. HSA PrimeCare is also responsible for developing the adjacent 425-space parking deck. Milwaukee, Wisc.-based Eppstein Uhen Architects will serve as the architect for the development, and CG Schmidt is the project’s general contractor. The project is scheduled for a late 2017 completion, and future development phases may expand the facility up to 38,000 additional square feet.

“We at HSA are pleased to be working with Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin to develop this significant, cutting edge facility,” said Dan Miranda, president of HSA Commercial. “And we’re excited to help bring new, high-quality healthcare services to the residents of the Oak Creek and neighboring communities.”

HSA PrimeCare, the developer of the project, partners with some of the premier health care institutions in the nation to create development/ownership, project management, leasing, monetization, and property management real estate solutions that address the needs of today’s patients while satisfying the strategic and financial goals of the health system. Chicago-based HSA PrimeCare, a division of HSA Commercial, Inc. is a leading developer and owner of healthcare facilities throughout the Midwest.
