Vice President of Development

POSITION SUMMARY  

Under direction of the Executive VP of Development Services, will be responsible for the entire planning, entitlement, development and construction of retail, industrial and/or healthcare developments.

JOB FUNCTIONS 

  1. Coordinate consultants for development/redevelopment from conceptual design through project delivery, final punch list, and tenant coordination. Ensure communication and effective relationship management with clients, suppliers, contractors, vendors, engineers, and municipal representatives.
  2. Coordinate with lender requirements for project’s financial, architectural, and construction feasibility.
  3. Coordinate and meet with governing entities required in the entitlement of projects.
  4. Organized and efficient – defines priorities; manages deadlines through completion.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required, with a strong preference for degrees in relevant, related fields such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  2. At least 5 years of experience which includes a track record of successful development and construction delivery of retail, industrial and or health care projects.
  3. Self-motivated with strong work ethic; ability to work without close supervision.

Property Manager, Medical Office

POSITION SUMMARY  

Manage a portfolio of medical office properties in multiple states. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years medical office property management experience and is prepared to travel.

JOB FUNCTIONS 

  1. Budget preparation.
  2. Capital planning.
  3. Cash management.
  4. Client and financial reporting.
  5. Coordination of tenant and building improvements with strong operational skills.
  6. Focus on tenant retention and creating overall value for the portfolio.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of medical office property management experience.
  3. Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  4. Self-motivated with strong work ethic; ability to work without close supervision.
  5. Attention to detail, organization, strong time-management and problem solving skills.
