HSA Commercial Real Estate was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the city’s largest commercial property managers, ranking 12th in the annual list of 25 commercial property management firms. HSA Commercial has a diversified portfolio of management assignments totaling 16 million square feet nationwide.
Apart from its overall spot on the list of commercial real estate firms, HSA Commercial was ranked the fifth largest manager of industrial real estate assets.
In addition to managing the firm’s owned office, industrial and retail properties, HSA Commercial’s Property Management division performs third-party management services for clients including Industrial Income Trust, the University of Chicago, Tribune Co., Gateway Foundation, McCormick Theological Seminary, among others.
